Barefoot yurts terms and conditions

Thank you for choosing to book your camping break with us. We very much look forward to welcoming you. By making this booking you are entering an agreement with Barefoot yurts. Please read our terms and conditions.

Cancellation and insurance

Guests can cancel up to 30 days prior to the date of the booking, after this time we are unable to offer a refund and therefore in order to cover unforeseen circumstances, we would strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover any spent costs.

In the unlikely event that we have to evacuate the site due to bad weather for example or cancel the camping for any reason we shall offer a full refund or a credit against a future stay.  

Dogs

Welcome - Max of 2. Please bring towels for them in bad weather and do not allow them on the furniture.

Smoking

Please do not smoke in the yurts or Safari tent.

Damage and breakages

Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage that you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report any incidents when they occur. We may send you an invoice for repair or making good or replacement of broken items.

Please leave the site clean and tidy, we reserve the right to make an additional charge for the cleaning if it is left unreasonably dirty.

Noise

We request that the noise is kept to a minimum particularly in the evenings and specifically after 10.00 pm. Please do not bring amplified music.

Chinese lanterns

Please do not release Chinese lanterns in or around the area as they are dangerous to animals, crops and yurts.

Liability

Parking facilities are available on site and any vehicles and their contents are left at the owner's risk. We do not accept any liability for any damages, loss or injury to any member of your party or possessions whilst on site.
